Join Faysal Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager under the Accelerated Branch Banking Leadership Program. These positions are based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, and Faisalabad.
The goal of this program is to enlist the services of highly skilled potential branch managers of the future in its rapidly expanding network of 600+ branches.
Candidates recruited under this program will be screened for the role of Branch Manager over a period of 6 to 12 months to support our Organic Development Strategy.
- Between 3.5 to 6 years banking experience as RM Liability / RM Priority / RM SME / RM Commercial / RM Trade.
- An existing grade should be OG-III to AVP.
- Bachelor or above from any HEC-recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and a portfolio of customers.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
