Pakistani’s giant Life & Health Insurer – State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan announces training opportunities for Pakistani nationals (State Life Insurance Trainee Program 2023 | State Life Actuarial Training Scheme 2023).

State Life Insurance Corporation announces these training opportunities to polish their skills and gain experience in different fields. Details of these Trainee Programs are posted on www.statelife.com.pk.

State Life offers two Training Programs titled (State Life Trainee Program for Engineers, Marketing, Law Graduates & Diploma Holders | State Life Actuarial Training Scheme 2023 | Finance & Accounts and Internal Audit Trainee Scheme).

Finance & Accounts and Internal Audit Trainee Scheme

As per the published notification, State Life offers an opportunity for fresh, young, and talented individuals to grow their future in an esteemed organization through Finance & Accounts and Internal Audit Trainees Scheme 2023.

Commerce Graduates/BBAs (16 Years of Education) and Intermediate Pass candidates can avail this opportunity. The period of training will be for five years from the date of joining.

Selection of Trainees will be made on a merit basis. The State Life will offer Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- per month to selected Trainees.

The successful trainees will be offered regular appointments upon acquiring the requisite papers mentioned above, subject to satisfactory conduct and performance during the training.

Upon the appointment, the incumbents can be posted anywhere in Pakistan. The management shall decide the place of posting during the training period.

Actuarial Training Scheme 2023

Through this Scheme, State Life offers an exceptional career opportunity to Intermediate and A-Level students of equivalent qualifications holders to qualify as Fellow of the Society of Actuaries USA or Institute of Actuaries of UK.

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least Intermediate with 70% Marks (80% Marks in Mathematics)
• The London/G.C.E (O-Level) in at least five subjects, including a pass in English Language or Literature & minimum of two passes at Advanced Level  (A-Level), One of the Advanced Level passes must be in Mathematics with at least Grade-A (or at least Grade-B in case of further Mathematics or Higher Mathematics) and other passes must be with at least Grade-C.
• The age limit for Entry in this Actuarial Scheme is 16 to 20 years.

Employment & Stipend Offers:

• Selected trainees will be offered a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000/-.
• Upon completing the training, a permanent employment opportunity as Executive Officer will be provided.

SLIC Trainee Program for Engineers, Marketing, Law Graduates & Diploma Holders

This trainee program is offered to fresh graduates to allow new graduates/diploma holders to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various functional areas of Real Estate.

SLIC wants applications from capable, proactive, and dynamic young graduates for its ongoing projects throughout Pakistan as Trainees. These Trainee Jobs are offered as Trainee Graduates and Internees (Diploma Holders).

More than 43 positions have been announced for Trainees in the above disciplines. Applicants with DAE, LLB, LLM, BBA, MBA, and BE may avail this opportunity.

All the quotas on Federal Government Quota Policy shall be reserved. Males and Females, including Disabled Persons and Minorities Quotas, may apply.
