Eligibility Criteria for STIs Jobs 2025:
Education: M.A/MSc/BS Honours in the relevant subject. Minimum education required is B.A/B.Sc or above.
Age Limit: 21 to 45 years.
Preference: Candidates with prior teaching experience will be prioritized. Local Recruitment: Applicants must apply within their Union Council; in case of non-availability, candidates from the nearest Union Council will be considered.
Selection Procedure:
The Principal of the respective school will determine the need for STIs.
Online applications will be accepted, followed by educational document verification.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
The final selection list will be displayed on the school notice board and online portal.
Selected candidates will receive an employment letter within three days from the school principal.
Stipend and Tenure:
Rs. 38,000/month for Primary Level
Rs. 40,000/month for Elementary Level
Rs. 45,000/month for High/Higher Secondary Level
Duration: 9 months (excluding summer vacations) with regular stipend payments.
Contractual Terms & Conditions:
- The internship contract is non-transferable.
- Candidates must maintain school discipline.
- Any misconduct, absenteeism, or fraud will lead to termination.
- Performance and attendance will be monitored and evaluated.
- Providing fake documents will result in immediate disqualification.
- Interns must strictly adhere to all contractual terms.
