Information regarding HEC Scholarships 2023 is available on the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan HEC website www.hec.gov.pk. The HEC has announced these scholarships through its official Twitter account.
This information is available on the HEC website as Moroccan Government Scholarships for the Years 2022-23.
The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI) is offering scholarships to eligible Pakistani students for admission to Moroccan Public Institutions of Higher, Technical & Vocational Education for Academic Year 2022-23.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani/AJK Nationals. Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
- Selected scholars will be available to begin their academic studies at Moroccan universities by the start of the academic year (September/October 2023).
- A minimum of 12 years of education (FSC/A-level) degree for an undergraduate program. Age 19-23 years.
- A minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant fields of study for the Master’s program.
- A minimum of 18 years of education in the relevant field of study for admission to the Ph.D. program in the respective Moroccan University.
- The mode of study is French and only those students who have shown satisfactory results in the French language learning program will be given the green light to go to Morocco to complete their scholarship/training in French for higher education in Morocco. Get it in a government agency.

Candidates who want to apply must visit the Higher Education Commission HEC website link https://www.hec.gov.pk/english/scholarshipsgrants/lao/AMCI/Pages/Application-Procedure.aspx.
The complete procedure of application submission is available on the prescribed link. The deadline for submission of forms to the AMCI or HEC is 20th September 2022.
