The Government of Pakistan has revealed Ph.D. and MS Scholarships for Pakistani and Azad Kashmir Nationals during the National Celebrations of the 75th Independence Anniversary of Pakistan. These scholarships are titled (HEC Announces 75 National Top Talent Scholarships for Pakistanis Students).
These scholarships offer Pakistani and Azad Kashmir Nationals opportunities to study in the world’s 25 top-ranked universities (QS or Times Higher Education THE Rankings only). The scholarships will be awarded on the requirement of proof of assured admission to chosen universities and selected subjects only.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be Pakistani/AJK Nationals.
- For MS Scholarships: BS, BE, Master’s, or Equivalent to 16 years of education.
- For Ph.D. Scholarships: MS, M.Phil, ME, or Equivalent 18 years of education.
- Maximum One 2nd Division throughout the academic career before the final degree.

The application Processing Fee is Rs 700/-. Candidates must deposit the Fee as described in the advertisement and on the HEC website. The closing date for submission of Online Applications is 23rd March 2023.
