How to Send Form:
- The filled form should be submitted to the address mentioned in the advertisement under the table of the vacancies for which you are applying.
- Attested copies are necessary to submit (CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Diplomas).
- You can send your Application Form by USM or Registered Post of Pakistan Post.
