Applications are invited from the suitable candidates having HEC recognized degree for appointment against following project posts on contract basis in "Population, Monitoring & Results Tracking Unit (MTU)" as sub component under the project titled: "Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of MoPD&SI" initially for the period of two years, further extendable subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project.
1. UNIT HEAD/ TEAM LEAD MTU
- Vacancies: 01
- Education: Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Finance, Public Health, or any related field. Strong written communication in English.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience, out of which at least 5-7 years are in development planning at senior position. Health/ Population sectors will be preferred. Prior experience working with govt, delivery unit, international organization or equivalent is preferred. Experience engaging development partners and donors at a senior level will be preferred.

2. ADVISOR - POPULATION STRATEGY AND GOVERNANCE
- Vacancies: 01
- Education: Master's degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, demography, Development Economics or any other STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the development sector programming or development planning. Experience with demographic analysis and interpretation of survey data. Prior exposure to Pakistan's population sector government, partner or research is strongly preferred. Excellent writing skills.
