In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Risk Management based at Karachi.
IS PMO Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
- Reporting to: Wing Head - IS Program Management - Information Security Division
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
- Candidate having Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology / Technology Engineering or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Information Technology and / or Information Security, preferably in IT / IS related projects.
- Candidate having relevant working experience in banking or large-scale organization will be preferred.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of Information Security function.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Team player with ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To be responsible to assist the Wing Head in managing all Information Security related projects and change requests.
- To participate in improvement of IS PMO office policies and processes.
- To ensure reflection of Information Security requirements in functional specification document for concerned projects.
- To update and maintain project / program risks and issue logs.
- To participate in embedding project controls and governance.
- To maintain cross program dependency log.
- To prepare regular status reports for management reporting.
- To participate in testing of defined security requirements during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
- To maintain MIS of security gaps for which business has agreed to implement corrective measure after production rollout of project.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
