The candidate shall have Ph.D. Degree in Energy Management/Policy, Earth Sciences, Petroleum/Chemical/Mining/Mineral or Allied Engineering Disciplines from a globally recognized/HEC with at least 14 years professional experience OR Master’s Degree in relevant subject with 18 years experience in the same field.
