Trainee Business Officers TBO Program Batch 47 Details
MCB Bank has a history of providing innovative banking solutions to its customers through its operations. With this business objective in mind, it is important to attract and maintain a quality workforce.
The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken along these lines to inject new graduates and facilitate their transition from university to the business environment so that their skills can be used efficiently.
Coins The TBO program aims to provide development opportunities for potential new graduates and promote a culture of open communication and meritocracy.
The primary responsibility is to manage the core business/branch functions in line with the bank’s vision of providing the highest level of banking services to its valued clients.
After comprehensive training, they will be strategically placed in all areas of banking from branch banking to support office and will be promoted as Credit Officer, Trade Officer, Relationship Manager, and Taylor Services Supervisor. It will help them lay the foundation to succeed throughout their careers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years of Education from HEC Recognized Universities/Foreign Institutes.
- Candidates awaiting their final academic results and transcript/result card are not eligible to apply.
- Age should not exceed 26 years as of April 30, 2022.
- NTS Written Test.
