Director General Capacity Building & Development (OG-II)
Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Social or Administrative Sciences/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university (Pakistan or abroad). The candidate should possess strong analytical and managerial skills with 14 years of post-qualification experience in BS-17 and above or an equivalent position in government, semi-government, autonomous, or reputed private organizations. Must have a proven track record of managing high-profile initiatives with business/program analysis and reporting experience. The candidate should be capable of handling a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
