Selection Criteria:

1. Enterprise IT Architect
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years of relevant technology experience, including at least 5 years in hands-on technical roles.
   • Age: Maximum 45 years
   • Job Objectives: Responsible for improving the current IT Applications environment, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction for integrating information applications and programs.
2. Networks Architect
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
   • Age: Maximum 45 years
   • Job Objectives: Responsible for delivering high availability services and support for enterprise network/systems infrastructure, including installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization.
3. Manager – IT Support
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, B.E (Computer/Electronics), or related field from HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in applications support & configuration management in a modern environment.
   • Age: Maximum 40 years
   • Job Objectives: Provide functional support and configuration/issues management of the Company’s Core Applications and interdependent software.
4. Risk Manager – Information Security
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field from HEC recognized institution. Candidates holding CISSP, CISA & CISM or similar certifications with a minimum of 03 years post-qualification experience in computer systems with specialization in information security will be highly preferred.
   • Age: Maximum 40 years
   • Job Objectives: Develop information security policies & procedures, investigate security breaches, perform tests, uncover network vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and develop security plans.
5. Assistant Manager/Manager – Credit Risk Modeler
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in a quantitative discipline (Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, and Mathematics) from HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 03 years’ relevant experience in financial modeling, including statistical risk modeling.
   • Age: Maximum 40 years
   • Job Objectives: Develop credit application scorecard models, policy & new risk models, and handle databases (SQL, Power BI, SPSS, Advanced Excel, and VBA).
6. Assistant Manager/Manager – Operational Risk Analytics
   • Qualification and Experience: Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in a quantitative discipline (Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, and Mathematics) from HEC recognized institution with a minimum of 03 years’ relevant experience in FI of Operational Risk.
   • Age: Maximum 40 years
   • Job Objectives: Develop operational risk and related policies, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), internal loss database & incident management, Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Heat Map, and Risk Register.
