• A minimum speed of 100/50 wpm in shorthand/typing, respectively
• Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years

Upper Division Clerk:

• Educational Qualifications: At least FA/FSc with 2nd Division
• 3 Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB)
• Age Limit: 28

Lower Divison Clerk:

• Educational Qualifications: At least Matriculation with 2nd Division
• IT Skills: Minimum Typing Speed of 30 Words Per Minute
• 3 Weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB)
• Age Limit: 28
