Islamabad Electricity Supply Company (IESCO) is a leading power distribution company of Pakistan serving more than 3.88 Million customers with annual revenue base of over Rs. 522 billion having operational jurisdiction that covers five districts namely Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal.
IESCO is seeking the services of a dynamic qualified professional with relevant experience for the following position.
Company Secretary
- Education: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries OR a person holding a Master's degree in Business or Finance or Commerce or Law from a university recognized by the HEC.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience as Company Secretary in reputable company for members of professional bodies, OR at least 5 years relevant experience for Master's degree holders.

- Age Limit: Up to 60 years as on last date of submission of application.
- Salary Package & Tenure: Market based competitive salary package. Initial contract shall be for a period of three years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
