Applications are being invited to recruit qualified individuals for Quantity Surveyor.
Quantity Surveyor
- Three years Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as civil/fit-out quantity surveyor and estimator for structure and finishing works.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs for interior construction projects
- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for interior projects
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets
- Prepare and submit tender documents for interior projects
- Track and monitor project costs and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and cost control measures
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of quantity surveying & estimation, proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
