Bank Al-Falah’s ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program has been completely redesigned with a new recruitment process and structure, giving candidates the experience of tagging with high-impact projects and senior leaders.

The program is now under the umbrella of ALFA LEAD with the ALFA LEAD Management Trainee program, which provides candidates with the experience to further their education and continue their journey as management trainees upon graduation.

The ALFA LEAD Summer Internship Program is designed for interns to experience a small portion of the ALFA LEAD Management Trainee program through project-based learning that will provide interns with a project that is presented to senior members.
