The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination is seeking dedicated professionals for various roles including Consultant (HIT), Consultant (Implementation), Admin Coordinator, Assistant, and LDC. These positions involve strategic leadership, healthcare management, administrative support, and clerical duties, aimed at enhancing public health services and regulatory frameworks across Pakistan.

Positions Available:

• 1. Consultant (HIT) – Pay Scale: PPS-10, Age: 35 to 55 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years in a senior director-level leadership role. Proven track record of leading large-scale, nationwide projects with full authoritative command. Strong and verifiable experience in brand development, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Over 10 years of experience managing brand viability, conducting strategic meetings, managing budgets, and delivering CSR social service projects with measurable public impact.
• 2. Consultant (Implementation) – Pay Scale: PPS-10, Age: 35 to 55 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Pharmaceutical industries management, large-scale logistics, and performance management systems. Expertise in Budgeting, Fund Management, Cost Control, Policies and Financial Compliance. Deep understanding of local communities, healthcare accessibility challenges, and service delivery needs. Energetic, adaptive leader with excellent coordination, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• 3. Admin Coordinator – Pay Scale: PPS-07, Age: 35 to 55 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education or equivalent from a recognized institution. 02 years of experience in dealing with administrative and public/business administration. Proficiency in basic accounting and finance is a must. Graduation with 02 years’ experience or relevant field, having good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 4. Assistant – Pay Scale: PPS-05, Age: 18 to 30 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Intermediate with 01 year of experience in relevant field. Having good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 5. LDC – Pay Scale: PPS-03, Age: 18 to 30 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience: Intermediate with 01 year of experience in relevant field. Having good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communication skills.

General Instructions/Information:

• Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submission of applications.
